LunaTone Inc. is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based Redd+E Pte Ltd (Managing Director: Ren Kai Yip) in June 2025. The agreement outlines a strategic collaboration to develop and operate innovative esports and gaming programmes tailored for the elderly population in Singapore.

Under this partnership, LunaTone will take the lead in designing the curriculum, managing day-to-day operations, and deploying instructional teams, while Redd+E will provide local operational support, including venue sourcing, community outreach, and on-site execution.

This initiative marks the beginning of LunaTone’s broader commitment to the ASEAN region—where we aim to bridge generations and empower socially underrepresented communities through the medium of play. By promoting digital literacy among the elderly and encouraging inclusive participation in gaming, we strive to advance Digital Well-being Through Play: a vision where play becomes a powerful tool for social connection, lifelong learning, and a more equitable digital future.

LunaTone Inc.は、シンガポールに拠点を置くRedd+E Pte Ltd（マネージングディレクター：イップ・レン・カイ）と、2025年6月にMOU（覚書）を締結したことをお知らせいたします。本提携により、シンガポールのシニア層を対象とした革新的なeスポーツ・ゲーミングプログラムの共同企画・運営を開始します。

루나톤은 2025년 6월, 싱가포르에 본사를 둔 Redd+E Pte Ltd (Managing Director: 입렌카이)와 MOU(양해각서)를 체결하였음을 알려드립니다. 이번 협약을 통해 양사는 싱가포르의 시니어 세대를 위한 혁신적인 e스포츠 및 게임 프로그램을 공동으로 기획·운영할 예정입니다.
