Teamwork
Share roles with teammates who have different perspectives and strengths, and work toward a common goal.
Experiential Career Learning Program
Face challenges as a team. Think, create, and communicate.
A four-week career learning program that uses games, esports, AI, and digital culture as gateways to build transferable skills through hands-on practice.

Problem
Learning about industries and careers is an important first step. But the real world requires students to think for themselves, collaborate, take action, and solve open-ended challenges.
Define their own questions instead of waiting for a given answer.
Work toward one goal with teammates who bring different perspectives and strengths.
Try, fail, receive feedback, and keep improving.
Use AI and digital tools for problem solving and creation.
What is Playable Careers
Through thinking, collaborating, creating, communicating, and reflecting—experiences that lectures and company sessions alone rarely provide—students build transferable, career-ready skills.
What Students Learn
Students build transferable skills they can use across industries and roles through real team projects.
Share roles with teammates who have different perspectives and strengths, and work toward a common goal.
Communicate ideas, understand others, and turn discussion into team decisions.
Define questions and develop solutions for challenges without a predetermined answer.
Organize information, compare options, and make decisions as a team.
Generate and shape ideas from new perspectives instead of relying only on existing approaches.
Use AI and digital tools intentionally for problem solving and creation.
Organize ideas and outcomes and present them in a way others can understand.
Reflect on how they contributed through hands-on teamwork.
Why Experience?
Students immediately practice what they learn, reflect, improve, and apply it again to the next challenge. This cycle turns knowledge into usable capability.
The experience does not end with participation—the full four weeks are designed as one continuous learning cycle.

04Why Game & Digital Culture?
Games, esports, AI, and creator culture are not the goal. They are gateways that help students participate actively and enter the learning experience. No prior gaming or specialist knowledge is required.
An accessible experience that gets teams moving together.
Use it to organize ideas, create, and solve problems.
Move into the practice of creating, showing, and communicating.
Create connections that make industries and society feel closer.
Program
Learn → discover a challenge → create → present. Teams develop one project while receiving feedback from instructors and mentors.

Learn about society, industries, and digital culture, connect with other participants, form teams, and share interests, experiences, and strengths.
TEAM BUILDING
Discover a challenge in society or an industry, discuss it as a team, and define whose problem you want to solve and what that problem is.
PROBLEM DEFINITION
Develop a solution and turn it into a concrete project. Use AI and other digital tools, receive feedback, and iterate.
CREATE & ITERATE
Present the completed project at the Final Showcase and reflect not only on the outcome, but also on how the team thought, collaborated, and learned.
FINAL SHOWCASEWhy Playable Careers?
Playable Careers places hands-on experience between learning about careers and moving into employment or further education.
For Universities & Educational Institutions
Playable Careers can support career education, PBL, extracurricular programs, industry engagement, and other goals at universities and educational institutions.
Help students discover their strengths and interests and consider future career paths.
Use it as experiential learning where teams work on real challenges.
Develop communication, problem solving, teamwork, presentation, and other transferable skills.
Create opportunities to connect with industry professionals and understand companies and society more directly.
Use games and AI as gateways to engage students who may not participate in conventional career programs.
The format can be adapted to student profiles, group size, schedule, theme, venue, and institutional needs.
Outcomes
We look beyond attendance and satisfaction, helping students articulate how they grew through four weeks of practice.
How did I work with my team?
How did I discover a challenge?
How did I improve an idea?
How did I use digital tools?
How did I communicate my thinking?

Background
The idea of giving students opportunities to practice career-ready skills before entering the workforce did not come from theory alone. It is grounded in experience across industry, technology, games, esports, and education.
Games, esports, and AI are gateways that invite students to participate, think, collaborate, and learn through trial and error. Playable Careers is designed to connect those experiences to skills students can use in the real world.
